Bebo Arrows are profiles with their default picture set as a picture with a saying and an arrow. Bebo users add the arrows, then place the arrows in their top friends list pointing to the person with the arrow saying.
To add these arrows to your top friends click on the arrows, then add them as a friend and wait for them at to accept you. Then place them in your top friends!
